Modesna Clan - Tea Party Raid

The character, Tyberios Ravena goes into his common drunken stupor, wears a tiara, and claims to be queen Modesna, and "raids" the tea party. Originally, I wanted to say that he claimed to be the reincarnation of the deceased queen, but that would mean he would be kicked out of the clan and/or be severely punished...so, instead, the queen is still alive, and he just makes an ass of himself.

It's supposed to be funny, but I dunno...
